A Getaway in the heart of North Naples.

The Napoli is thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities to help make your stay a memorable one. The open-concept living/dining space features modern yet inviting decor complemented by brand-new finishings.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances. The living room, outfitted with a luxuriously plush and oversized sectional, is perfect for movie nights around the 75″ flat screened TV featuring state-of-the art surround sound.

In fact, the entire house is wired for sound and has Wi-Fi access throughout. There is also a fully stocked laundry room on the premises.

Surrounded by Stunning Features.

The Napoli’s backyard is the pièce de resistance. It is a private oasis highlighted by a heated saltwater pool and a hot tub area with its own private washroom and outdoor shower.

There is also a dining area with a complete outdoor kitchen, barbecue and bar. Spend your days splashing poolside, and after a lovely dinner fresh from the grill (or order in from one of the amazing restaurants nearby), cozy up for some conversation and wine under the stars on the plush seating area that surrounds the fire pit.

Amenities & Extras.

The house is equipped with a 2-car garage and generous driveway parking. There are 6 bikes (4 for adults and 2 for kids), and family-centered extras such as kid-friendly utensils, a high chair, a booster seat, and a playpen for the tiniest guests.

Bed & Bath

The Napoli’s 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably accommodate a total of 9 people. The Master and larger guest bedrooms feature king and queen beds respectively, ensuite bathrooms, cable television, AC and built-in audio. The Master Suite also has lighted walk-in closets and a walkout to the pool.

The third guest bedroom features two bunkbeds, cable TV and AC, and has a separate bathroom with standalone shower.

All rooms offer varying outdoor views of the property and surrounding area.

This place went well beyond our expectations. Not only was the place spacious and luxurious on all levels (pool, spa, new and gorgeous furniture and decor inside and outside) , the attention given to amenities made it over the top good. The place had everything you could want- multiple tv’s, great Sonos music system, Specialized bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, great kitchen supplies etc, all of it high quality and new. It was very easy to feel like home and relax. Great quiet
location too, with a 5 min bike ride to the beach and a less than $20 Uber ride to downtown Naples.
Would definitely recommend.

This is a stunning home that provides a great base to relax or travel afield. The outdoor pool is exceptional and the villa is very well equipped for children. An exceptional Air BnB experience

Very disappointed that our vacation has come to an end. My husband and I booked The Napoli to ourselves for the whole week and we both had an amazing time. The house is just wonderful and looks much better than the photos. We enjoyed all the amenities and it is very nice and convenient to have everything we needed. It is truly a pleasure to stay here. We are very much looking forward to returning!

This house was by far the best house we’ve ever rented…. and we’ve been renting houses for 10+ years. Everything was well stocked, exceptionally clean, and an amazing layout to just hang around the house/pool for a few days. Having all the beach supplies and bicycles to get back and forth was a bonus! All the essentials are provided, but also a lot of extra touches that made the stay amazing.
